Beet Carrot Orange + Lemon Ginger Turmeric
It might sounds like a crazy long list of ingredients, and you might be thinking, WHEN am I going to find the time to juice all of those? But guess what. . .You don't have to! Thanks to the countless cold-pressed juice brands on the market, you always have options.
Tea base: Sencha
Second ferment ingredients: A blend of Naked Pressed’s juice No. 5 + No. 7
Process: Fill your second ferment bottle of choice with 1-2 oz of the juice blend (No. 7 has beet, cucumber, carrot, apple, lemon, orange, ginger; No. 5 has carrot, cucumber, apple). Pour in the finished kombucha, seal tightly and let sit at room temp for 3-5 days. Refrigerate and serve!
When it comes to home-brewing, we fully advocate buying commercial fresh-pressed juices, when you don't have time to juice. And even though buying bottled juice will cost more in the long run, one bottle does go a long way: You can flavor 15-20 bottles of kombucha with just one bottle of juice.
