Shipping & Returns
KombuchaHunter.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California via USPS and Fed-Ex. Kombucha Hunter ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS and Fed-Ex.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed; slight delays can occur for Scobys and Brewing Kits due to the nature of fermentation. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2-5 business days.
If you are shipping to Canada, contact us directly at email@example.com to fill out a special order. Canadian shipping is $10 and up, depending on location.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of delivered goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to SCOBYs, due to their travel period. The refund policy also does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 3 hours of making the purchase by emailing us at email@example.com. If we receive your request to cancel after the 3-hour window and the item has not yet shipped out, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee, which will be be applied to your refund. If the item has already shipped, you may return to it to us at your own expense. Please follow the return guidelines above.
