Celery Apple Beet

 

The color of this ethereal brew really can't be BEET! Sidenotes: beet puns are really fun. This brew has a clean, softly sweet, and subtly earthy taste that can only be achieved by this blend of ingredients.

Tea base: Sencha
Second ferment ingredients: Cold-pressed celery, apple + beet juices.
