Where: ROW DTLA

What We’re Doing: Brew and flavor your own bubbly, delicious kombucha in real-time, using classic fermentation methods with a modern twist. Our immersive, 90-minute session will guide you through every step of the homebrewing process—from ingredient sourcing to bottling and refrigeration—and give you total confidence in yourself as a homebrewer. We will start with first fermentation when the tea is fermented into your kombucha base; then, move on to the art of flavoring and second fermentation, and also cover SCOBY care and hotel maintenance. You will leave the class with your own, fully loaded home-brewing kit, as well as your own flavored bottle of kombucha, plus all the tools you need to keep brewing successful batches from the comfort of your own home. The workshop will also include a detailed Q&A, and a tasting of our own kombucha, Radical Booch, along with a curated selection of novelty brands from out of state.
