Modern yet homey, Seabirds has been serving up up eclectic plant-based fare for over six years, and recently expanded their booch selection to include two of our favorite brands of local kombucha on tap! They even have something called the Cha Cha Mosa, which combines prosecco with Cha Cham kombucha. This place is definitely a culinary experience.
Two of our favorite dishes on the menu are the Burnt Brussels Sprouts and the Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which has a cashew gruyere spread, creamy basil avocado sauce. So delicious, and pairs perfectly with Cha Cha's Guava kombucha and Fermensch's jalapeño/cilantro/lime.
