Blackberry Chamomile over Hibiscus Lavender Ice

 

If you want to take your booch-brewing creativity to the next level, try this recipe: It includes a kombucha ice cube of hibiscus lavender, over which a delicious blackberry chamomile blend is poured. As the ice cube melts, it delivers not only a layer of flavor, but a new color that blends with the other brew into a mesmerizing hot pink.

Tea Base: Sencha
Second Ferment ingredients: Dried Lavender Buds; Dried hibiscus flowers
