Whenever people ask us to describe kombucha, one of the words that comes to mind right away is FUN. These three flavors from KeVita's Master Brew Kombucha line—exemplify the fun factor for sure. They are bright and crisp and have a certain sparkle to them.

Citrus was probably our favorite from the group. It’s like a less sweet, more carbonated booch version of lemonade. The lime note is definitely front and center and gives it a pleasant tartness that is balanced by the sweetness of the orange extract. Mango Habanero kind of catches you by surprise. At first, the sweet juiciness of mango floats in, and then finishes with a light, but noticeable, kick from the chili extract. The Dragon Fruit Lemongrass is the most exotic of the bunch. It has peach and kiwi notes (in fact, dragon fruit is often compared to kiwi in taste) with a nice bite coming from the lemongrass.

We definitely find the evolution and growth of KeVita fascinating, and are curious to see what other flavors they’ll be concocting inside their massive 57,000 square foot facility in Oxnard, CA.
