Founded by the husband-and-wife team of Scott and Jessica Mallernee, Cha Cha is another booch producer that chooses to offer their kombucha straight from the tap only. And let’s be honest: kombucha tastes the best when it’s poured right from the keg into the glass, and then into your mouth. In the case of Cha Cha, this allows them to really showcase how juicy, crisp, fizzy and nuanced their flavors are.

Perfect example are Campfire Hops (above) and Green Apple Ginger (below), which are totally mind-blowing. These are the kinds of flavors that make you appreciate kombucha in a new way. They explodes in your mouth on first sip. The tart-and-sweet of green apple with the soft bite of ginger.

Strawberry Basil, meanwhile, is another stand-out flavor of theirs and is super smooth, with a kind of silkiness to it. The basil is soft, the strawberry is pleasantly sweet. And it smells like a liquid organic garden. Ahhh….
